The Visionboard Workshop unlike most trainings I’ve attended gives adequate focus on goal setting and visualization so to say, an entire day of exercising the imagination. The oportunity to create a Vision Board was very liberating and fulfilling.
I got ample time to think about ‘ME’ and provided an environmen to reboot, refocus and realign my life. I was able to dream afresh and came up with a road map to achieve my dreams to be the best God created me to be.
The Visual Board in my room is a constant reminder to keep me focused, stirring me to reach greater heights.

I did the vision board last year on my birthday and it was the best present I have ever given myself. It was good to take stock of my life and rate the various pillars of my life. A lot has manifested in my business and health since December. I enjoy looking at the vision board every day as a constant reminder of what i want to come through for me.

I did the visionboard workshop in December 2019 courtesy of my mentor. It was a very insightful. I will admit I was sceptical at first, but recently I have realized things on my visionboard are manifesting in real life. Two of them have happened and on one, it is exactly the image in my visionboard. I am excited and very hopeful that everything else will manifest as well. It is totally worth it!!!

The Visionboard Workshop helped me to clarify exactly what my Vision, Mission, Purpose and Goals are. The vision board I created helps me think about and visualize my success in a very concrete way. It’s a constant reminder of what I need to achieve. The exercise of selecting images and words from magazines and sticking them on the board is such a fun exercise as well. You are literally hands on creating the life of your dreams. Highly recommend everyone to give it a shot!!

I attended the Vision Board in January this year with my wife. I was really looking forward to an amazing experience that will allow me to dream my future. It was an awesome time planning and dreaming our future filled with fun activities. Coach Helen is such a wonderful patient coach with an admirable prowess in helping her students to dream big. The most interesting thing is that the things I put up on my vision board have started manifesting one by one.

Vision Board workshop was an insightful process for me. What blew me away was the reflective process and methodology Helen used to facilitate. I attend this workshop in Kampala in Jine 2019 then in November i attended and invited 3 other friends that i believed would benefit. It was full to capacity as Helen limits numbers for quality. In November training i volunteer as an assistant too which was anothr amazing experience. In Dec i happemed to be in Nairobi when a workshop was happening…..i serrved as an assistant and 3 of my friends in Kenya attended too.
All i would say the tremendous growth i have experienced in about 12months have been due to vision board workshop. I have grown in my career, family, community, business. Am more intentional in what i do and my goals set me up for 2020 and enabled me to cultivate new habits. Thanks Coach Helen.

This is a 5 star process done by a 5 star coach. I have done the vision board twice now within a period of 3 years with the latter being a refining process given a few things has already began to manifest in my life. It’s detailed and takes a whole day because there’s a lot of intention, reflection and meditation that goes into having a clear vision of what one wants out of all the pillars in their life. Helen is patient, and gifted as she takes you through each of these steps. It’s not just about posting pictures (but that too is one of the fun bits)! Truly grateful for this experience and I highly recommend it! It might just change your life!
